He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Costa and Norma Giardi Costa. He is survived by: his wife Madeline Costa; his daughter Melinda Rallison; and his grandchildren, Hailey Olivares, Hannah Kriss, Kenneth Bailey, Joseph Sentz and McKenna Sentz. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
