He was predeceased by: his parents, Olin Harrison Skinner and Robbena Wood Skinner. He is survived by: his wife Sara Standridge Skinner; his daughters, Donna Forrester (Ronnie) and Susan Pittman (Ed); his grandchildren, Bobby Forrester, Harrison Alex (Katie), SaraAnn Harris (Eric), Grace O'Neil (Patrick) and Katie Adams (Chase); and his great grandchildren, Ellee, Emmaline, Amelia, Hattie and Forrest. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, extended family.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Memorial Park Funeral Home (2030 Memorial Park Dr, Gainesville, GA 30504). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to Christ Place Church.
