She was predeceased by: her parents, George Owen Webb and Rachel Virginia "Ginny" Webb. She is survived by: her husband H. David Stancil; her daughters, Tiffany Wiley and Stephanie Clark; her grandchildren, Courtney Wiley, Cooper Clark and Chloe Clark; her great grandchildren, Easton Whidby and Grayson Whidby; her sisters, Thelma Jo Stephens and Sherry; her brother-in-law Jim Webb; and her cousins, Kathy Ellington and Scotty Webb. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
