He was predeceased by: his parents, J. C. Moore and Dixie Moore (Barrett). He is survived by: his wife Jan Moore (Cooper); his daughter Kimberly Cantrell (Brad); his grandchildren, Hannah Cantrell and Robbie Cantrell; and his sister Libby Moore (Susan Snead).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the GSRC Scholarship Fund to help a Georgia respiratory student enter the profession.
