He was predeceased by: his brother Jimmy Wayne Parks. He is survived by: his wife Crystal West Parks of Gainesville, GA; his sons, Tanner White of Gainesville, GA and Isaac Vaugh of Gainesville, GA; and his brother Terry Lee (Robin Parks).

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Memorial Park Funeral Homes (2030 Memorial Park Dr, Gainesville, GA 30504).
