He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ezekiel Harrell and Velma Pearl Rudder; his wife Vera Millwood Harrell; and his siblings, James Harrell (Jim), Bill Harrell, Don Harrell, Peggy Jo Harrell, Katherine Harrell (Kat), Ruth Burton, Helen Seals Stoffer and Faye Raby.
He is survived by: his sister Carolyn Roland of Knoxville, TN. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
