He was predeceased by: his father Leon Walker Webber; and his sister Donna Lynn Clayton. He is survived by: his mother Betty Webber; his children, Evan Scott Webber (Tina Marie) and Lori Kim Raynal (Christophe Francois Pascal); his brother Michael Harris Webber (Robyn); his granddaughters, Adelynn, Juliette, Elyse, Sophia and Audrey; and his pet Cyclone.

A memorial service was held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers please consider making donations to the Humane Society in Scott's memory.
