He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Smith, Jr. and Betty Sue Canup Smith of Clermont, GA.. He is survived by: his significant other Gaye Pless Smith of Gainesville, GA; his daughters, Jennifer Cagle (Scott) of Lula, GA and Kirklyn Wilson (Rod) of Lula, GA; his grandson Jaxon Hank Wilson of Lula, GA; and his brother Mike Smith of Helen, GA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
