He is survived by: his wife Melissa McMillan; his sister Anne Monroe of Lumberton, N. C.; his children, Missy McMillan Ver Eecke (Stefaan) and Garrison McMillan (Courtney); and his grandchildren, Davis McMillan, Michael Ver Eecke, Ellie Ver Eecke, Paige McMillan and Natalie Ver Eecke.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society in Roscoe's memory.
