She was predeceased by: her parents, Wiley H. Meeks and Eler Shore Meeks; her son Steve A. Smith; her siblings, Lester Meeks and Myrtle Standridge; and her daughter-in-law Judy Gayle Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Rev. Ralph O. Smith; her son Dr. Jerry O. Smith; her grandchildren, Kacee Criddle (Tim), Amy Tucker (Cory), Renee Porter (Chris) and Stephanie Perez (Ray); her great grandchildren, Elijah Thompson, Jacob Criddle, Madison Smith, Olivia Bloom, Ryleigh Tucker, Watson Porter, Henry Porter, Ruby Perez and Hunter Perez; her great great grandchildren, Paisley and Eleanor Bloom; and her sister Lillian Addison. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
