He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenda Cantrell and Homer Cantrell; and his significant other Godiva. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Cantrell; his children, Kristy Hopkins (John), Anthony Layne (Kymie) and Davey Cantrell (Jessica); his grandchildren, Alyssa Hopkins, Kyndall Layne, Jesse Cantrell, Claire Hopkins and Kayden Layne; his sister Tammy McClure; and his close friends, Sean and Laura Frisbee.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Memorial Park Funeral Home (2030 Memorial Park Dr, Gainesville, GA 30504). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
