He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Gibbs and Nellie Faye Gibbs of Gainesville; his wife Joan Gibbs of Gainesville; his daughter Kimberly Gibbs (Kevin Senter); his grandchildren, Kira, Renee Senter of Oakwood and Casey Gibbs (Brandi) of Braselton; his great grandchildren, Logan Bromley, Annalisa Gibbs, Aaron, Landon Gibbs and Aiden Gibbs of Braselton; his sister Charlene Young; his sister-in-law Betty Jo Turner of Cleveland; his sibling's children, Teresa and Dean Morris of Gainesville; and his son Stacey Gibbs. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and brother and sister-in –laws.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Memorial Park Funeral Homes (2030 Memorial Park Dr, Gainesville, GA 30504). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
