He is survived by: his parents, Janice Gordon Byers (Donald) of Lawrenceville, GA and Edward "Eddie" Payne (Robin) of Dacula, GA; his siblings, Nathan Payne of Lawrenceville, Chris Byers (Sarah) of Buford, GA, Amber Bivins (Jayce) of Bethlehem, GA and Nicole Hart (Noel) of Atlanta, GA; his siblings' children, Levi, Avery, Carolina and Gracie; his aunt Judy Gibbs (Dennis) of Byron, GA; his uncle Gene Payne (Mary) of Ellijay, GA; and his cousins, Jason Gibbs, Tiffy Payne and Scott Payne.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hall County Humane Society in memory of Stephen Edward Payne.
