He is survived by: his wife Brenda Mize (Stephens); his sons, Matthew Mize (Tuesday) and Michael Mize (Natalie); his grandchildren, Emily Hunter, Bryce Mize, Asher Mize, Bishop Slater, Raiden Mize, Matthew Mize Jr. and Myles Slater; his great grandchild Elizabeth Jean Mize; his siblings, Mary Ellen Brown, Louise Helton (Doug), Richard Mize (Betty), Laura Rider (Robert) and Ross Mize (Cheryl); and his siblings-in-law, Judith Pace, Lynn Matuska (Jim), Cyndi Stephens, Dennis Stephens (Jenny) and John Stephens (Michelle).
