He was predeceased by: his parents, Theron Hill and Lucile Parker Hill; his wife Mary Carolyn Prickett; his brother Lamar Parker Hill; and his sister-in-law Betty Mathis Hill.
He is survived by: his children, Jeri Lynn McGhee (Mike) and Keith Haines Hill (Lisa); his nephew Chris Hill (Vivian); his niece Beth Fears (Clay); his grandchildren, Erin Lynn McGhee Durham (Matt), Travis Barkley McGhee (Alex), Cassidy Diane Hill Kronenberg (Steven) and Tyler Haines Hill (Sarah); and his great grandchildren, Bryce, Nolan, Marley Jo, Evelyn, Eliza and Nathan. He is also survived by his loving family and many friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Dahlonega United Methodist Church (107 S Park St, Dahlonega, GA 30533). A reception will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
