She was predeceased by: her father Chuck Smith. She is survived by: her mother Donna Lynn Tatum Smith (Kenneth Bozeman) of Gainesville; her grandparents, Corene B. Tatum of Gainesville, Paul E. "Gene" and Shirley Smith of Gainesville; her uncles, Danny Tatum of Atlanta and Donald Crain of Gainesville; and her aunt Robin. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
