He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thurman Gilreath and Fannie Davis Gilreath; and his siblings, Patty Truelove, Wayne Gilreath, Marvin Gilreath and Guy Gilreath.
He is survived by: his son Mark Gilreath; his grandsons, Justin Barrett, Trevor Barrett and Jay Gilreath; and his siblings, Curtis Gilreath (Jammie), Bon Dyer, Evelyn Abberson and BeBe Garrett.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Memorial Park Funeral Home (2030 Memorial Park Dr, Gainesville, GA 30504). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
