He is survived by: his wife Lydia Starke (Cutchin); his son Kent; his daughter-in-law Pam Starke; his daughter Stephanie; his son-in-law Larry Johnson; his daughter Jennifer; his son-in-law Ron Meeks; and his grandchildren, Jared Johnson, Bennett Meeks, Rebecca Stallones, Kyle Starke, Ashton Lewis, Kathleen Kanai and Ansley Kent. He is also survived by three siblings, and many nieces, nephews, and longtime friends.
