Williamson left this world on February 15, 2025 at the age of 74, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Conklin Parks and Johnnie Smith Brookshire. He is survived by: his wife Wendy W. Parks; his daughters, Amanda Finn (Alan) and Valerie Weed (Flint); his grandchildren, Zach Finn, Josh Finn and Breah Weed; his sister Lynn Tugwell; and also, Marsha and Gary Grizzle. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Asbury Chapel, 758 Main Street, Gainesville, Georgia.
