He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Reese, Sr. and Luartist Reese; his wife Gwendolyn Reese; and his siblings, James Reese (Mabel) and Bessie Cooper (Leroy).
He is survived by: his children, Anitatess Reese-Givens Swainsboro (Tommy), Marie Johnson Swainsboro, Aprille Reese Garfield, India James Statesboro (Rashawn), Daziah Kelly Statesboro (James), Levon Mincey Marion (Tracye), Leon Mincey Marion and Vannie Lee Williams Swainsboro; his grandchildren, William Givens, GwenAsia Gardner, Gzamone Gardner, Gzourney Gardner, Leontae Mincey, Rakeem Johnson, Deja Johnson, Devin Johnson, Jyrael Jackson, Damien Mincey, Danielle Mincey, Saniah Mincey, Shivonna Mincey, DaVian Mincey and Isabella Reese; and his siblings, Charlie Reese, Jr. John (Alice), Jerry Reese (Wanda), Bobby Jones (Ida), Rosa Reese and Juanita McGee.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mosley's Funeral Home Chapel (342 N Coleman St, Swainsboro, GA 30401). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church (4328 mount carmel road, Millen, GA 30442).
