He is survived by: his children, Scott Lanier Phillips (Lori) and LeAnn Phillips Snellgrove (Matt); his grandchildren, Emily Lane (Parker), Lelah Snellgrove and Mattie Grace Snellgrove; and his siblings, Clyde Moore, Rufus Phillips and Nita McNeal.
