She was predeceased by: her parents, Royce Green and Mary Alethea Fowler (Welch); her husband Rex Maurice Johnson, Sr.; her siblings, Kenneth Fowler, Royce Fowler and Ruby Holton; and her sister-in-law Pam Fowler.
She is survived by: her daughter Leslie Weeks (Jason) of Georgetown, Georgia; her brother Tony Fowler of Lake Park, Georgia; and her grandchildren, Jacob Weeks and Shelby Weeks.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Glover Funeral Home Chapel (3121 S Eufaula Ave, Eufaula, AL 36027). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 1:15 PM to 1:45 PM at the Georgetown Cemetery (133 South St, Georgetown, GA 39854).
