She was predeceased by: her parents, Garland Templeton and Janie Perdue Templeton; her husband James Earl Buckner (Sonny); her grandchildren, Valerie McCall and Floyd McCall, Jr.; and her siblings, Andrew Templeton, Frank Templeton and Frances Templeton.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Price of Gibson, Bob Norton of Avera, Janice Rushing of Augusta and Charles Norton of Grovetown; and her siblings, James Templeton, Roy Templeton and Jo Turner. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A graveside service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Gibson Baptist Church Cemetery (136 E Main St, Gibson, GA 30810).
