Jerry Clyde Standridge Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jerry Clyde Standridge of Gillsville, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 27, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Standridge and Lena Standridge (Sanders); his son Doug Standridge; his sister Linda; and his brother-in-law Donald Wilson.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Standridge; his son Jeff Standridge (Deanna); his grandchildren, Lorie Latham (Callaway), Daniel Standrige (Christa), Megan Standridge, Mitch Standridge (Keri) and Madison McMahan (Aubrey); and his great grandchildren, Blakely Latham, Kenna Standridge, Lakyn Standridge, Ayden Phagan, Maci Standridge, Emma Standridge, Jace Standridge and Elena Standridge. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Memorial Park Riverside Chapel (989 Riverside Dr, Gainesville, GA 30501). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Gillsville Baptist Church (2595 GA-323, Gillsville, GA 30543).
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made in memory of Jerry Clyde Standridge, to Gillsville Baptist Church, 2595 Highway 323, Gillsville, Georgia, 30543.
