Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Richard Rylee of Gillsville, Georgia, who passed away at the age of 89, on October 6, 2025. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Samuel and Susie Mae Rylee (Griffin); his wife Hellen Marie Rylee (Sorrells); and his brothers, Joe Rylee, Olin Rylee and Jerry Rylee.
He is survived by: his children, Wayne Rylee, Charles Rylee (Jill) of Gillsville, Rhonda Pittman (Chris), Randall Rylee (Rita) of Clermont and Matthew Rylee (Sylvia) of Lula; and his siblings, Jack Rylee, Danny Rylee and Mattie Marinos. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Memorial Park Riverside Chapel, Riverside Drive Gainesville Email (989 Riverside Dr, Gainesville, GA 30501). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Memorial Park Riverside Chapel (989 Riverside Dr, Gainesville, GA 30501).
