He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Samuel and Susie Mae Rylee (Griffin); his wife Hellen Marie Rylee (Sorrells); and his brothers, Joe Rylee, Olin Rylee and Jerry Rylee.
He is survived by: his children, Wayne Rylee, Charles Rylee (Jill) of Gillsville, Rhonda Pittman (Chris), Randall Rylee (Rita) of Clermont and Matthew Rylee (Sylvia) of Lula; and his siblings, Jack Rylee, Danny Rylee and Mattie Marinos. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
