She was predeceased by: her parents, Luke Rucker and Ruby English Rucker; her husband James Robert Dixon, Sr.; her son William Terry Dixon; and her siblings, Alvin Rucker, Merle Rackley and Ruth Burnette.
She is survived by: her son James R. Dixon, Jr.; her sister Betty Jean Ford; her grandson James R. Dixon, III (Shauna); and her great grandchildren, William Dixon and Kaitly Dixon.
