He is survived by: his wife Alicia Kennedy Speer; his children, Robert Mitchell Speer (Tina) of Mendes and Michele Ambercromie (Glenn) of Pooler; his sister Milene DeLoach of Glennville; his grandchildren, Robert Tyler Speer (Heather), Jessica Speer (Nathan), Abigale Elizabeth Scott and Parker Thomas Scott; and his great grandchild Anita Grace Speer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Glennville Funeral Home (403 W Barnard St, Glennville, GA 30427). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
