He was predeceased by: his mother Lila Johnson O'Neal; and his grandparents, Winton "Peanut", Lucile O'Neal, Gwen and Sam Freeman.
He is survived by: his father Ronnie O'Neal (Tina) of Glennville; his siblings, Brandi Peavy (Scott) of Perry, Tiffany Caraway of Glennville and Chase Davis of Marble; his cousin Chad Putnam; his niece Brooklyn; his nephew Jaxon Peavy; and his aunts and uncles, Jane Putnam (Ricky) of Warner Robins, Bill O'Neal of Glennville, Ann Greene (David) of Waycross, Angel Freeman of Lyons and Sonja Braddock of Vancouver. He is also survived by Several other relatives and friends.
