He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Daras Hallman and Myrtle May Flowers Hallman; and his siblings, Geraldine Hallman Odum (Odell), Maxine Hallman Martin (John), Goldie Hallman Kicklighter (Perry), Lorraine Hallman Warren (Herman), Onis Hallman (Myrtice) and Dane Hallman (Cathy).
He is survived by: his wife Linda Strickland Vaught; his children, Cheryl Hallman Patton (Gordon) of Macon and Eugene Hallman, Jr. (Julie) of Juliette; his stepchildren, Rosemary Robertson (Scott) of East Rochester and James "Bobby" Vaught of Richmond Hill; his grandchildren, Tiffany Patton Snavely (Dan) of Worthington, Lauren Patton Stewart (Philip) of Cumming, Caroline Patton Middleton (Mark) of Hilliard, Genna Hallman and Jordan Flores of Juliette; and his great grandchildren, Sophia, Audrey, Carter, Grayson, Adam and Hayden.
