He was predeceased by: his parents, Junior Tootle and Jettie Stubbs Tootle; and his son Zachary John Tootle. He is survived by: his wife Karen Tootle of Glennville, Georgia; his daughter Kaley Traylor (Stephen) of Glennville, Georgia; his daughter-in-law Precious Tootle of Las Vegas, Nevada; his brothers, Gene Tootle (Kelly) of Collins and Gary Tootle of Athens, Georgia.; and his grandchildren, Aubree, Everley and Eason. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
