He was predeceased by: his parents, James L Harvey and Myrle Mixon Harvey; and his siblings, Larry Harvey and Nancy Haley. He is survived by: his wife Faye B. Harvey; his daughters, Tonia H. Fletcher, Tammy D. Harvey and Tina H. Wells; his grandson Corey Wells; his sister Vivian Wright (Howard); and his close friend Jessica Cauley.
