He was predeceased by: his parents, Elder J. W. and Omena Tootle Durrence (Toy). He is survived by: his significant other Margaret Durrence of Glennville; his daughters, Lisa D. (Mike Austin), Lori D. (Jack Wilson), Leslie D. Love and Jennifer (Derek Bland); and his grandchildren, Dustin Wilson, Landen Wilson, Lauren Rustin (John), Tyler Austin (Keily), Elizabeth James (Trey), Jenson Bland and Camy Bland (Cayden). He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Glennville Funeral Home (403 W Barnard St, Glennville, GA 30427). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
