He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Blocker Waters; his children, Mark Wesley Waters (Amanda) and Sarah Ann Waters Murray; his grandchildren, Ashlyn Waters (Nicholas McCall), Laylah Murray, Addison Waters, Quinn Murray and Weston Waters; his siblings, Michaellynn Waters, Rebecca Waters and Paul Waters; his niece Amanda Jones Little (Chris); and his nephews, Michael Jones and Jordan Waters.
