With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Larry Ottis McGlashan of Glennville, Georgia, who passed away on April 29, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ottis McGlashan and Janie Thompson McGlashan; his brother Raymond McGlashan; and his daughter Angela Jill McGlashan. He is survived by: his granddaughter Christie Ray (Nick) of Claxton; his great grandchildren, Billy Johnson (Katelyn), Serinity Johnson (Dan) and Jannie Ray; his friends, Martha Ann McGlashan of Glennville and Georgia; his sister-in-law Nell McGlashan (Georgia) of Claxton; his nephew Ricky McGlashan (Stacey); and his caregiver Maria Bastida. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brannen Family Funeral Services (206 N Veterans Blvd, Glennville, GA 30427). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at the Harmony Church Cemetery (1688 Harmony Church Rd, Glennville, GA 30427).
