Brown, Jr.; her daughter-in-law Shelia Bussell Brown; her daughter Kimberley Brown Purvis; her son-in-law Randy Theus Purvis; her grandchildren, Erin Brown Gatliff (Rob), Kelly Brown Thornton (Sean), Sarah Brown Jones (Brandon), Mallory Purvis Baxter (Wiley), Kristen Purvis Starnes (Kelly) and Jamie Brown; her great grandchildren, Eason Dailey, Emma, Whit Gatliff, Jack, Charleigh Jones, Mason, Miller Baxter, Kennedy Starnes, Jason and Jackson Brown; and her caregivers, Blake Nobles, Vonda and Nicole.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the North Salem Baptist Church (955 GA-30, Port Wentworth, GA 31407). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Beards Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery (196 Beards Creek Church Rd, Glennville, GA 30427).
