He is survived by: his wife Carolyn DeLoach of Glennville, Georgia.; his children, Carla Waters (Michael) of Glennville and Neil DeLoach (Amber Walton) of Glennville, Georgia; and his grandchildren, Noah DeLoach, Annie Waters and Raleigh Waters.
