He is survived by: his wife Lindsey Crabtree of Glennville, Georgia; his parents, Deborah Crabtree and Robert Crabtree of Glennville, Georgia.; his children, Cassidy Crabtree, Robert Cayden Crabtree and Chancy Crabtree; his adoptive son Casey Shane Johnson of Glennville, Georgia.; his sister Sarah Calhoun (Brandon) of Hazelhurst, Georgia.; and his grandmother Mary Dyer of Glennville.
