She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Grooms and Betty Sue McKenzie; and her brother Wallace "Wally" Grooms. She is survived by: her husband DJ Smith; her daughter Camille Durrence (Dalton); her grandchildren, Katelynn Blanton and Trey Blanton (Alexis); and her great grandchildren, Lainey Smith and Millie Blanton.
