He is survived by: his parents, Russell Terry and Pam Waters of Glennville; his caregiver Dwayne Williams; his siblings, Ryan Waters of Valdosta, Brandon E. Waters of Tyler, Texas and Dixie Waters of Glennville; his uncles, Steve Stiegman of Glennville, Kenneth Waters of Glennville and Mark Dasher of Glennville; and his aunt Glenda Stiegman of Charlotte.
