She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Lee and Dollie Kate Purcell Johnson; her siblings, Leroy Johnson, Thurmon Johnson, Laverne Parker, Frances Anderson and Darvin Johnson; her husbands, Bill Porter and Randall Driggers; and her children, Joan Kicklighter and Logan Porter.
She is survived by: her daughter Brenda Porter Combs of Sims; her daughter-in-law Miriam Porter (Georgia) of Glennville; her sisters-in-law, Debbie Morey of Glennville, Georgia and Maxine Morey of Miami, Fla.; her grandchildren, Paige Turner, Elizabeth Kennedy (Hunter), Liam Porter, Joey Folker, Mika Veal and Alex Morey; her great grandchildren, Morgan Turner, Aiden Turner, River Folker, Mazzy Folker, Ryan Veal, Amber Veal, Riley Veal, Katyonna Jones, Christian Rodriguez and Jordan Morey; and her great great grandchildren, Paisley Pierce, Waylon Veal and Eliza Peko. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Brannen Family Funeral Services (206 N Veterans Blvd, Glennville, GA 30427). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at the Pigott Branch Baptist Church Cemetery (12807 Cecil Nobles Hwy, Ludowici, GA 31316).
