He was predeceased by : his father Milton Wommack; and his wife Janice O. He is survived by : his son Dewayne Edward Wommack (Teresa) of Barnesville, GA; his stepsons, James "Jim" O'Brien (Jill) of Glenwood and Andy O'Brien (Miranda) of Greenville, SC; his grandchildren, Addyson, Addah and Lakin O'Brien; his siblings, Tom Wommack of Madison, GA, Betty Sue Turner of Rincon, GA and Mary Ann Brasington of Pavo, GA; and his caregiver Jennifer Goff.
