She was predeceased by : her parents, Leon B. Adams and Eloise Cox Adams; and her sister Beverly Adams (Hazel O'Brien). She is survived by : her husband James E. "Ed" Wommack; her sons, James "Jim" O'Brien (Jill) and Andrew O'Brien (Miranda); her stepson Dewayne Womack (Teresa); her grandchildren, Lakin O'Brien, Addah O'Brien and Addyson O'Brien; and her close friend Jennifer Goff.
