He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlton Johnson and Kathy Lee McDaniel Johnson; and his brother Carlton Rodney Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Crawford Johnson; his sons, John Windsor Johnson, Jr. and Colby Lamar Johnson; and his sisters, Shirley Rainwater (Doug) and Carla Cook.
