Trecie McDaniel Obituary
We bid farewell to Trecie McDaniel of Glenwood, Georgia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 7, 2025 at the age of 87. Trecie touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene "Gene" McDaniel; her great grandchild Abigail Rose Gibson; her parents, Henry Green Hall, Jr. and Ida Hand Hall; her siblings, Mary Alice Hall Browning and Henry Green Hall III; and her son-in-law Bobby Jackson Gibbs.
She is survived by: her daughters, Melinda McDaniel Gibbs of Mt. Vernon and Ginger Elaine McDaniel Hawking (Elijah) of Jacksonville, Florida; her sister Aline Hall White (Carris) of Glenwood; and her grandchildren, Terra Dawn Jackson (Jason) of Vidalia, April Michelle Gibson (Patrick) of Swainsboro and Kristoff Maurice Moses of Jacksonville. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home (310 North St W, Vidalia, GA 30475). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Snow Hill Community Church.
