He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Lee Fisher and Maris Stella Fisher; and his brother Paul Fisher. He is survived by: his wife Jean Fisher; his children, Gary Scott Fisher, Christopher Lee Fisher, William Lee Fisher II and Mary Anne Fisher; his grandchildren, Lauren, Brandon, Jace, Nathan, Ayden, Gray and Ava; his great grandchildren, Hudson, Nash, Calton, Reece and Tate; and his stepchildren, Mark Harp and Victoria Wells.
