He was predeceased by: his parents, Fairell Causby Sr. and Bertie Greeson Causby; and his siblings, Martha Sue Brackett, Ozelle Jordan and F. C. Causby Jr. Prior.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Faye Fuller Causby; his daughters, Cammy Causby, Christy Millholland and Callie Causby; and his sister Robbie Causby. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Coosawatee Masonic Lodge @106 Arbor Place, Calhoun, Georgia 30701.
