She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Ross and Bertha Henson Ross; her husband Hugh Carl Thomas; her sisters, Mary Lacey, Rachel Copeland and Infant (Wiloma Ross); her grandson Brett Stephen Thomas; and her son Gary Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Thomas (Janie), David Thomas (Silma), Eddie Thomas, Debby Gowens (Dewey) and Cindy Lumpkin; and her siblings, Raymond Ross and Wilma Hale. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
