She was predeceased by: her parent Bunyan D. Davis; and her former husband Spencer Talley. She is survived by: her husband Rev. James Cobb; her children, Randall Talley (Marsha), Alan Talley (Melba), Terry Talley (Rhonda), Donna Talley Jackson and Mark Talley (Teena); and her siblings, Buddy Davis, Lois Owen, Doris Owen and Jamae Baker.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Antioch Baptist Church (411 College St, Calhoun, GA 30701). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
