He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Butler and Elizabeth Warren Butler; his siblings, Murlie Bennett, Evelyn Bartell, Sylvia Clements, Rava Pierce, Hazel LeMunyan, Harold Butler and L. F. Horne; and his granddaughter Amber Michelle Phillips.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Brantley Butler; and his children, Tony Butler (Kim), Kevin Butler (Kim), Robert Butler (Corky) of Tracey Rozier, K. K., Jody Butler (Audra), Terry Frazier (Debbie), Angel Earwood (Dennis), Jason Butler (Marsha) and Clint Frazier. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
Flowers will be accepted, or Memorial Contributions may be made to the Big Sandy Baptist Cemetery Fund.
