She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Floyd and Mary Lou Chance Floyd; and her husband Archie Charlie Lee (Pat). She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Smith (Ed), Vickie Flowers (Ed), Sherry Story (James), Barbara Holmes (Dennis) and Teresa Butler (David); and her sister Doris Maddox. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren.
